Returns policy

We strive always for happy and satisfied UK customers. If you wish to return any items, we aim for the experience to be hassle free and, if you use one of our returns options, at no cost to you.

1 When

You can return any item to us within 14 days of receiving your order (just make sure your items are in the original condition and in the original packaging and with the original tags in place).

2 How

All we ask is that you complete and return with your items the returns form enclosed  or at the end of this policy with your original order, either to

 (1) our flagship store at 243 Westbourne Grove, Notting Hill, London W11 2SE or

 (2) one of the 7,000 Collect+ collection points nationwide or

 (3) your local Royal Mail post office .

Whichever way you return the goods,  please ensure your order number is stated clearly on the returns form, the number and product number returned and the reason code for the return.

If you use the Collect+ option  please use the attached link to generate a returns label for your package, drop the package off at the collection point closest to you and track your return online. Please ensure you ask for a proof of delivery to Collect+ in case we need to see it later.

If you use the Royal Mail post office option  please use the attached link to generate a returns label for your package , drop the package off at any Royal Mail post office and track your return online. Please ensure you ask for a proof of delivery to the post office in case we need to see it later.

3 Confirmation

When we have received and processed your return, we will let you know by email to the address given in your order or on your return. We aim to work as efficiently as possible but please note it can usually take up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to us and your return to be processed.

4 Refunds / Exchanges

(a) Refund

Any refund will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 14 working days, depending upon your payment method issuer. We will refund the price you purchased the item at.

(b) Exchange

If you opt in your return for an exchange, we will send a new item provided that it has the same product code as to the original product ordered. Replacement products will be sent to the original delivery address. If the item is out of stock then a refund will be issued instead. If you want a different item, the item you want is sold under a different product code or the item you want is at a different price to the original purchased item, then you will need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

5 Condition

We ask you to take reasonable care of the items you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods as you would try them on in our store but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained. Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged.

All returned items should be sent in their original condition, with tags still in place, together with the original packaging. Please note, for hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on underwear, or swimwear if they have been used, opened or the packaging is damaged. All swimwear and underwear should still have the protective layer attached to the item. In the unlikely event that an item returned to us is in an unsuitable condition, we have to send it back to you.
